Name: Spicy Chicken Chili
Ingredients: 1 lb.boneless skinless chicken thighs, chopped; 1 medium onion, chopped; 2 cloves garlic, chopped; 1 medium yellow or green bell pepper, chopped; Saute all above in olive oil, add:; 2 cans RoTel Original diced tomatoes with green chilis; 2 cans pinto beans with jalapeno peppers; 1 can cannelloni beans; 1 jar (10oz) green enchilada sauce; 1 Tbls seasoned rice vinegar; 1 Tbls white wine; 1 tsp instant chicken bouillon
