1/3 cup Water ((3 tbsp for stovetop))
1 tsp Dry Mango powder (Amchur) (or use extra lime juice )
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Cilantro leaves (to garnish)
1/2 Lime
1 tsp Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin (Jeera powder)
1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder)
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (mild, adjust to taste )
