INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup (125 mL) shelled unsalted pistachios
2 cups (500 mL) flour

2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
1 tsp (5 mL) baking soda
1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, softened
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) plus 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar, divided
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups (425 mL) coconut cream, divided
1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
1 tbsp (15 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup (125 mL) whipping (35%) cream
