8 medium Carrots
1 small head Cauliflower (or appox 8-10 oz bag frozen)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Nutmeg (use Mace spice if you're on the AIP diet or omit it)
1 tsp Vanilla Powder
13.5 oz can Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (omit for Whole30)
