4 Cloves garlic minced

1 Small Onion Finely chopped

1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley

1 slice of bread soaked in milk (white or brown bread)

1 egg beaten
•
1 Cup Breadcrumbs optional
•
Salt and pepper to season

The Sauce:
•
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
•
4 Large Ripe Tomatoes Quartered
•
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
•
1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
•
1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
•
2 Dried Cayenne Chilli Peppers
•
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
•
1 Tablespoon Honey
•
Salt and Pepper to season
