INGREDIENTS

1. 1 cup of dry rice cooked with 2 cups water.

2. about 3/4 of a medium tin of spam (not the tall ones) cut into little cubes.
•
3. any finely chopped/small vegetables, i tend to use frozen sweetcorn that's been defrosted.
•
4. a sliced onion
•
5. 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
•
6. 3 eggs
•
7. a few good splashes of soy sauce
•
8. a dollop of chilli sauce
•
9. black pepper
