7 ears white corn, shucked (4 cups of corn kernels and pulp)
1 lb. spaghetti (gluten-free)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 lb. pancetta, diced
2 medium shallots, chopped
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning™,
a product of Virginia
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. rosemary leaves, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon zest
1 lb. lump crabmeat, from Virginia
Garnish with Shimchimitogarashi and rosemary leaves
