1 pound Ground Beef (or Italian Sausage)
1 Small Onion (Diced)
2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
15 ounces Tomato Sauce (Or cooked down tomatoes)
6 Ounces Tomato Paste
2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
8 Ounces Tomatoes (Diced, optional)
