INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup ground flax seed
2 tablespoons water
1 cup sweet potato puree (about 1 large sweet potato)
1 cup zucchini (shredded, and drained well)
4.5 ounce can diced green chilies (drained well)
2 teaspoons chili powder (I used chipotle chili powder)
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
8 slices Montery Jack cheese (optional)
