Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef; 1 package taco seasoning; 1 15 ounces can diced tomatoes; 2 8 ounce each cans tomato sauce; 1 4 ounce can diced green chilis; 10 corn tortillas (cut in half); 8 ounces ricotta cheese; 2 large eggs (lightly beaten); 2-3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese; 1 2.25 ounce can sliced olives, drained
