1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 medium sweet red peppers, cut into strips
1-1/2 cups sliced carrots (1-inch chunks)
