Ingredients: 1 9" unbaked pie crust; 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese; 1 cup Smoked Turkey chopped; 3/4 cup green chili's chopped; 1/2 cup whole kernel corn; 1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped; 1/4 cup red onion chopped; 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped; 8 eggs; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon cumin; 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper; 2 cups Evaporated Milk or Half and Half
