4 cups Chicken Stock
2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, finely chopped
2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup fresh corn kernels or frozen corn, thawed
11⁄2 cups light cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1⁄4 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
