Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped; 1/12 cups coleslaw (you can shred your own cabbage, I used the bagged stuff); 1 tsp Chili powder; 1 Tbsp cumin; 1/12 cup lite ranch dressing; 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered; freshly ground black pepper
