1.5 teaspoons jalapeno hot sauce
1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
sea salt or kosher salt (roughly 1/4 teaspoon per burger)
