1 whole Large Onion, Small Dice

5 ribs celery diced

1 Tbsp Ground Sage
•
2 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
•
5 cups Chicken Stock, More Or Less As Needed
•
4 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
•
¼ cups Butter
•
2 Tsp salt
•
