1 – [ 15 oz. can ] black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
7 to 8 cups collard greens, chopped *
1 ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 ¼ teaspoon onion powder
2 Tablespoons dried minced onion flakes
1 ½ teaspoons dried crushed thyme leaves * (+/-)
2 bay leaves
1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
