INGREDIENTS

4 cups of cooked Tyson chicken (usually boiled)

1 cup celery, minced
•
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I used Hellmann’s, this time.)
•
1/4 cup Vlasic sweet pickle relish
•
1 teaspoon mustard (I used Grey Poupon Dijon, for a softer flavor.)
•
1 Eggland’s Best boiled egg, chopped fine.
•
1/2 cup onion, minced
•
1/4 teaspoon Morton salt
•
1/4 teaspoon McCormick black pepper
•
1 teaspoon Domino sugar, optional
