INGREDIENTS
2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
2 teaspoons kosher salt check if garam masala has salt in it first - if it does - omit the salt
2 tablespoon Garam Masala
juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/2 jalapeño seeded and diced
3 cloves garlic minced
8 ounce tomato puree
1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
