8 g Baking Powder ((2 level tsp))
4 g Baking Soda ((1 level tsp))
4 g Salt
150 g Water (Boiling)
8 g Instant Coffee Powder (Optional (see notes))
20 g Butter (for greasing the pan)
400 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
170 g Milk Chocolate Pieces (use chunks, chips, melts)
