INGREDIENTS

8 TBS (115g) butter, softened

1 cup (195g) granulated sugar

2 large free range eggs, at room temperature

2 cups (180g) all purpose/plain flour
•
1 tsp baking powder
•
1/4 tsp baking soda
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
1 cup (225g) dairy sour cream (or yogurt) at room temperature
•
1/2 cup (95g) granulated sugar
•
2 tsp ground cinnamon
•
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
•
1/2 cup (60g) chopped toasted walnuts (occasionally I will also add a handful of semi sweet chocolate chips)
