4 cups bread flour (500g)
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
¼ cup canola oil 55g
½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
Filling
½ cup butter (113g)
1 cup dark brown sugar (200g)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Glaze
1 ¼ cups organic powdered sugar
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons heavy cream
Pink food coloring (1-2 drops) if desired
