1 1/4 cups sugar
•
3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
•
almost 1 cup evaporated milk
•
1/2 cup butter
•
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
•
vanilla ice cream
•
toasted pecans for sprinkling on top
