Ingredients
- 2 - potatoes, pared, sliced
- 1 - turnip, pared, sliced
- 1/4 cup celery tops
- 2 slices onions
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups hot milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
How To Make windsor soup

Step 1In a stock pot add potatoes, turnip, celery, onion and boiling water; cook 1/2 hour, then press through a sieve.

Step 2To the soup add hot milk thickened with butter and flour blended together. Season the soup and serve with croutons.
