Ingredients For veggie soup

    large can tomato juice
  • 2
    beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 md
    onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make veggie soup

    Add your choice of the following vegetables and let the soup cook until vegetables are tender.

    sliced carrots; cabbage, cut up; cubed potatoes; chopped broccoli; canned red beans; stewed tomatoes; diced celery; canned black-eyed peas; frozen or fresh sweet peas; diced zucchini; frozen or fresh corn; diced summer squash; etc.

    You can add more water and/or tomato juice depending on the desired consistency of your veggie soup.
