  • 1/3 c
    miso paste
  • 6 c
  • 8 oz
    tofu cut into squares
  • 5 oz
    shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    kombu seaweed cut into thin slices
  • 1 c
    shredded carrots
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 c
    chopped cilantro

How to Make Vegetarian Sour Miso Soup


  1. Mix miso paste and water together on stove top. Cook until miso has dissolved. Place remaining ingredients except cilantro and cook until kombu is tender. Ladle into bowls and garnish with cilantro
