- 1/3 cup miso paste
- 6 cups water
- 8 ounces tofu cut into squares
- 5 ounces shiitake mushrooms sliced
- 3 tablespoons kombu seaweed cut into thin slices
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
How To Make vegetarian sour miso soup

Step 1Mix miso paste and water together on stove top. Cook until miso has dissolved. Place remaining ingredients except cilantro and cook until kombu is tender. Ladle into bowls and garnish with cilantro
