Ingredients
- 4 pounds hamburger meat
- 1 small white onion
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 large bottle tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can chili beans
- 5 medium carrots, sliced
- 3 medium celery stalks, cut up
- 1/2 package frozen corn
- 1 can peas
- 1 can green beans
- 1 small cabbage head, cut up
- 5 small potatoes, cut up
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 bottles water (tomato juice bottle)
How To Make vegetable soup

Step 1Brown the meat with the onions. Drain good. In an extremely large stock pot add the meat to all the vegetables (except potatoes) and pour the tomato juice over it, along with 1 1/2 bottles of water. Cook on high until it boils. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 hours. Add the potatoes about 45 mins before finished cooking.
