Vegetable and Herb Rice Oriental Soup

brown rice, quick-cooking, vegetable and herb flavored
5 c
4 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 1/2 c
mung bean sprouts


1Cook contents of box according to package directions.
2Add the soy sauce, oil and lemon juice; stir and let simmer 5 minutes more.
3Add the sprouts and just heat through.
4More soy sauce may be added to taste.
