Ingredients
- 2-3 quarts water
- 4 cans organic white beans with juice
- 6 large carrots, sliced
- 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, washed and sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 pint heavy cream or milk
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1/2 pound ham, chopped
- - salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
How To Make veg-a-bean soup

Step 1In a large pot, add all of the ingredients in any order and cook until all veggies are tender. Stir frequently to prevent scorching of the milk or cream. DO NOT OVERCOOK!

Step 2Serve with fresh bread and salad. Makes a lovely meal and leftovers may be frozen if you like.
