Given to me by dear friend. Very versatile soup. Can change meat or eliminate altogether. Change veggies, add pasta, canned tomatoes, whatever. Can put in slow cooker & let simmer all day.

    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 jar(s)
    V-8 juice

How to Make V-8 Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground meat in dutch oven. May add a chopped onion if desired.
  2. add veggies and 64 ounce jug of V-8 juice.
  3. bring to boil, cook at least 20 minutes to blend flavors & be sure veggies all cooked.
