Given to me by dear friend. Very versatile soup. Can change meat or eliminate altogether. Change veggies, add pasta, canned tomatoes, whatever. Can put in slow cooker & let simmer all day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 jar V-8 juice

How To Make v-8 soup

  • Step 1
    Brown ground meat in dutch oven. May add a chopped onion if desired.
  • Step 2
    add veggies and 64 ounce jug of V-8 juice.
  • Step 3
    bring to boil, cook at least 20 minutes to blend flavors & be sure veggies all cooked.
