Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 2 - onions, chopped
- 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
- 20 ounces chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water or 5 cups turkey stock
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 cup small or medium egg noodles
- 2 pounds frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups leftover turkey, bite-sized

Step 1Melt butter in a large saucepan set over medium heat.

Step 2Add onions and garlic.

Step 3Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.

Step 4Add chicken broth and water or turkey stock, and poultry seasoning.

Step 5Bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 6Stir in noodles.

Step 7Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium.

Step 8Boil gently, uncovered, stirring often, for 10 minutes.
