garlic cloves, crushed

chicken broth

water or 5 cups turkey stock
1/2 tsp
poultry seasoning
1 c
small or medium egg noodles
2 lb
frozen mixed vegetables
2 c
leftover turkey, bite-sized

How to Make Turkey - Vegetable Soup


  • 1Melt butter in a large saucepan set over medium heat.
  • 2Add onions and garlic.
  • 3Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
  • 4Add chicken broth and water or turkey stock, and poultry seasoning.
  • 5Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • 6Stir in noodles.
  • 7Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium.
  • 8Boil gently, uncovered, stirring often, for 10 minutes.
  • 9Add frozen vegetables and turkey.
  • 10Cover and simmer just until hot, about 2 to 3 minutes.
