- 4 cups tomato juice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 scallion, chopped
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 lemons, juice and zest
- salt
How To Make tomato consommé

Step 1Place all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and simmer 10 minutes.

Step 2Strain the consommé and discard the solids. Taste and adjust for salt.
