10 3/4oz. tomato soup, undiluted
1 can(s)
14 1/2oz. diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
2 1/2 c
buttermilk
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh oregano
1/4 tsp
freshly ground pepper
garnish: shredded fresh basil

How to Make Tomato-Basil Bisque

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook first 5 ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish, if desired; serve immediately, or serve chilled. Yields 7 cups.
