Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey or ground beef
  • 1 can 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 cans 15 oz. mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup noodle like pasta
  • - optional: shredded cheese, parmesan cheese

How To Make thick veggie soup or goulash

  • Step 1
    Brown ground turkey or beef. In large boiler add all ingredients and bring to a boil; stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer until noodles are done. Stir frequently. If desired stir in shredded cheese on top. Serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
