    ground turkey or ground beef

    28 oz. crushed tomatoes

    tomato paste
  • 2 can(s)
    15 oz. mixed vegetables
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 c
    noodle like pasta
  • ·
    optional: shredded cheese, parmesan cheese

How to Make Thick Veggie Soup or Goulash

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground turkey or beef. In large boiler add all ingredients and bring to a boil; stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer until noodles are done. Stir frequently. If desired stir in shredded cheese on top. Serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
