Ingredients
- SWEET POTATO SOUP WITH TURKEY AND BLACK BEANS
- One lbs - ground turkey
- two large can sweet potatoes, whole canned
- one 8 oz. cans black beans
- 4 cups milk
- one - diced onion
- two - stalks celery chopped
- 1/2 cup carribean jerk sauce
- 1/2 cup rice
- pinch ground black pepper
- pinch coarse sea salt
How To Make sweet potato soup with turkey rice and black beans

Step 1in a medium sauce pan saute onions and celery in light oil

Step 2add turkey, cook till done, drain any excess fat, transfer to large pot

Step 3puree sweet potatoes heat in large pot with milk and jerk sauce, turkey mix

Step 4drain and rinse black beans before adding. Add rice and a pinch of salt and black pepper for taste

Step 5cook until heated threw, serve with crusty bread
