Ingredients For sweet pepper soup

2 conions chopped

1 Tbspbutter

6 cchopped red and green bell peppers

1 csour cream

1/3 cchopped fresh dill

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

2 cwater or vegetable stock
How To Make sweet pepper soup

1In covered soup pot, saute onions on medium heat in the butter for 3 minutes (until barely softened)

2Add the peppers and cook, covered, until just soft

3Stir occasionally

4In a food processor, whirl the cooked onion and pepper with the water or stock, sour cream, dill and lemon juice

5Don't over process - small pieces of pepper should remain

6Return soup to pot

7Reheat and add salt and pepper
