This one is a winner! I won 1st place at work during our soup contest! This recipe is usually made with hamburger, we wanted to kick it up a notch, adding the hot sausage was a winner!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hot italian sausage
- 4 large green bell peppers
- 3 cans progresso chunky tomatoe soup
- 1 1/4 cups white rice (uncooked) minute rice okay
How To Make stuffed pepper soup made w/sausage

Step 1Remove casing from sausage, brown sausage till no longer pink (should be crumbly )

Step 2cut bell peppers into bite size pieces

Step 3put sausage, cut up bell peppers, and (uncooked) rice into crock-pot add cans of soup.

Step 4Cook on low for 6-8 hours- add salt & pepper to taste
