Made this for my family this year and it is delicious.It is very healthy dish. My Husband love it.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices zinninah squash
  • 1 can chick peas with juice.
  • 1 can peas and carrots with juice
  • 2 bags chicken flavor romen noddle with season
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon bay leaf
  • 1 can chicken broth, low-salt
  • 1 can cut green beans, drain
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 small onion, dice
  • 3 celery stalk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash- salt free table blend
  • 1 can dice tomatoes
  • THIS IS VERY YUMMY. ONLY SALT ADDED IS WHAT IN THE CANS. GIVE THIS A TRY.

How To Make sqaush-vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    Dice Onion, dice celery stalks, dice squashes.
  • Step 2
    In a large Dutch oven put water. Put on the top of stove.
  • Step 3
    Add all the squash; Peas and carrots; Green beans; Celery; Green beans; Chick peas; dice tomatoes; and corn.
  • Step 4
    Break up Rumen Noodle and add to pan.
  • Step 5
    Add the spices.
  • Step 6
    Cook until Squash is tender and Rumen Noodle is also very tender.
  • Step 7
    Serve Hot with crackers of your choose.
