Ingredients
- 2 slices zinninah squash
- 1 can chick peas with juice.
- 1 can peas and carrots with juice
- 2 bags chicken flavor romen noddle with season
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 3 1/2 teaspoons chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon bay leaf
- 1 can chicken broth, low-salt
- 1 can cut green beans, drain
- 1 can whole corn
- 2 cups water
- 1 small onion, dice
- 3 celery stalk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash- salt free table blend
- 1 can dice tomatoes
- THIS IS VERY YUMMY. ONLY SALT ADDED IS WHAT IN THE CANS. GIVE THIS A TRY.
How To Make sqaush-vegetable soup

Step 1Dice Onion, dice celery stalks, dice squashes.

Step 2In a large Dutch oven put water. Put on the top of stove.

Step 3Add all the squash; Peas and carrots; Green beans; Celery; Green beans; Chick peas; dice tomatoes; and corn.

Step 4Break up Rumen Noodle and add to pan.

Step 5Add the spices.

Step 6Cook until Squash is tender and Rumen Noodle is also very tender.

Step 7Serve Hot with crackers of your choose.
