Made this for my family this year and it is delicious.It is very healthy dish. My Husband love it.

Ingredients

  • 2 slice
    zinninah squash
  • 1 can(s)
    chick peas with juice.
  • 1 can(s)
    peas and carrots with juice
  • 2 bag(s)
    chicken flavor romen noddle with season
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 3 1/2 tsp
    chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp
    bay leaf
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken broth, low salt
  • 1 can(s)
    cut green beans, drain
  • 1 can(s)
    whole corn
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 small
    onion, dice
  • 3
    celery stalk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    mrs. dash- salt free table blend
  • 1 can(s)
    dice tomatoes
  • THIS IS VERY YUMMY. ONLY SALT ADDED IS WHAT IN THE CANS. GIVE THIS A TRY.

How to Make Sqaush-Vegetable Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Dice Onion, dice celery stalks, dice squashes.
  2. In a large Dutch oven put water. Put on the top of stove.
  3. Add all the squash; Peas and carrots; Green beans; Celery; Green beans; Chick peas; dice tomatoes; and corn.
  4. Break up Rumen Noodle and add to pan.
  5. Add the spices.
  6. Cook until Squash is tender and Rumen Noodle is also very tender.
  7. Serve Hot with crackers of your choose.
