This is an old recipe from my grandmother. I tweaked a few things as I was making it one cold, rainy day and wah-lah! A sensational hit! We ate every bit :)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs - ground chuck
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- dash cumin
How To Make slow cooker beef vegetable soup

Step 1Cook ground beef, onions, and celery until vegetables are soft and beef is browned. Drain.

Step 2While beef is cooking, add all other ingredients into crockpot while temp is set to high.

Step 3Add beef,vegetable mixture to crockpot. Reduce to low and cook 8 to 10 hours. Serve with cornbread for optimal finish!
