Simple Broccoli Cheese soup

12 ozchopped frozen broccoli
1/2 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated
1 pkgcheese powder from mac and cheese box (save noodles for another recipe)
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Simple Broccoli Cheese soup
- Simmer broccoli, onion flakes, garlic and butter in 4 cups of water about 30 minutes or until desired tenderness for you. Do not drain!
- mix the flour, cheese powder and milk together until well blended. (I use my tupperware gravy mixing cup)
- slowly pour flour/cheese mixture into broccoli mixture. let simmer until thickened. You may add milk if you prefer thinner soup. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with cornbread for a perfect meal!
