This is something that I always have the ingedients on hand for when all the kids decide to stop by on the same day. It makes alot. I got this from a friend and my family just loves it, I love it because I can put it together and ready to eat in about 20 min.

** I use mild Rotel cause I'm a spice wienie.

** You can use about a pound of any meat that you prefer. I like smoke sausage (cut up), ground beef, I use deli chicken and break it up... whatever your family likes.

  1. If meat is not already cooked then precook your meat. Cut in bite size pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients in large pot and heat through.
  3. Serve and enjoy. ( I serve with salad and crusty bread.)
