Ingredients
- 2 quarts water
- 1/2 pound cervelat sausage or keilbasa
- 3/4 cup carrot, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 pound fresh m ushrooms, rinsed and drained
- 3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup potato, diced
How To Make sausage vegetable soup, mom

Step 1Combine water, sausage, carrots, garlic, salt, marjoram, thyme, pepper and bay leaf. Boil then reduce and simmer covered. Slice mushrooms, add with cabbage and potatoes and boil. Simmer covered until vegetables are tender.
