This is a quick & easy vegetable soup. Of course, you can always add hamburger or stew meat if that is your preference.

Ingredients

1 jar(s)
picante sauce (16 oz.)
1 pkg
frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (10 oz.)
1 pkg
frozen cut green beans, thawed (10 oz.)
1 can(s)
beef broth, undiluted (10 oz.)
1-2
baking potatoes, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 medium
green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp
sugar
1/4 c
finely chopped fresh parsley

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except parsley in slow cooker. Cover; cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 hours. Stir in parsley before serving.
