Ingredients
- 1 jar picante sauce (16 oz.)
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (10 oz.)
- 1 package frozen cut green beans, thawed (10 oz.)
- 1 can beef broth, undiluted (10 oz.)
- 1-2 - baking potatoes, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
How To Make rustic vegetable soup

Step 1Combine all ingredients except parsley in slow cooker. Cover; cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 hours. Stir in parsley before serving.
