- 2 red peppers
- 2/3 cup cooked rice
- 1 jar marinina sauce
- 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 5 cups water
How To Make roasted red pepper soup with rice

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees roast cut up red peppers in olive oil for 35 minutes turning after 20 minutes

Step 2Combine marinara sauce, tomato sauce, and water and cook for over medium heat for 30 minutes

Step 3Add roasted peppers after patting off olive oil.

Step 4Add cooked rice.

Step 5Simmer for 45 minutes.
