Ingredients
- 4 cups dashi stock
- 1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms stemmed and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped dried seaweed
- 4 tablespoons red miso paste
- 4 ounces tofu cut into small chunks
- 3 - scallions chopped
How To Make red miso soup

Step 1Bring the stock to a simmer over medium heat and whisk in the red miso until it is dissolved. Add the mushrooms and seaweed and cook about 5 minutes until softened.

Step 2Add tofu and scallions and cook about 1 more minute.
