- 2 quarts tomatoes, fresh or canned, diced
- 4-6 - potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 5 - okra, fresh or frozen
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat or oil
How To Make quick soup

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except for the okra, in an 8 quart pot. Cook on medium heat, 30 minutes. Add okra; cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
