Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 28 oz. cans tomatoes, diced
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup medium pasta shells, uncooked
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make quick minestrone soup

Step 1Combine all ingredients except parmesan cheese into large pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are crisp- tender.

Step 2Serve; sprinkle each serving with parmesan cheese.
