quick & easy vegetable beef stew
This was my mom's recipe which originally called for 1 lb lean stew meat instead of Tasso (cut in 1/2" pieces and brown before adding). Quick and easy staple meal for the chilly evenings. - 8 ounces savoie's real cajun hickory smoked tasso pork
- 8 ounces tomato sauce (can)
- 14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes (can)
- 29 ounces veg-all® homestyle large cut vegetables (can)
- 14 1/2 ounces whole kernel corn (can)
How To Make quick & easy vegetable beef stew

Step 1Cut meat into thin slices. Combine all ingredients in pot including liquids from cans.

Step 2Bring to a boil (takes about 5 mins) Reduce heat, simmer on low for 30 minutes.
