  • 1 large can vegetable/tomato juice
  • 1-2 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup your choice of vegetable
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - add water if needed

How To Make quick and easy vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef, drain
  • Step 2
    Add beef, juice, seasoning and vegetables to large sauce pan.
  • Step 3
    Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer until heated throughly.
