  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)
  • 1 medium
    brown onion chopped
  • 1 pkg
    frozen corn, 6-8 oz.
  • 8 oz
    chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 8 oz
    half and half
  • 3 sprig(s)
    fresh tarragon, or tsp of dried
  • pinch
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Pumpkin Soup


  1. melt butter in large pan and saute the onions until golden.
  2. add chicken broth, corn and pumpkin puree, bring to a boil
  3. reduce heat, add tarragon, half and half, and salt and pepper. simmer about 10 minutes. Serve.
