Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)
- 1 medium brown onion chopped
- 1 package frozen corn, 6-8 oz.
- 8 ounces chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces half and half
- 3 sprigs fresh tarragon, or tsp of dried
- pinch salt and pepper to taste
How To Make pumpkin soup

Step 1melt butter in large pan and saute the onions until golden.

Step 2add chicken broth, corn and pumpkin puree, bring to a boil

Step 3reduce heat, add tarragon, half and half, and salt and pepper. simmer about 10 minutes. Serve.
